The PARTNERS Program held the meeting, organized in collaboration with Everis.

On the Meeting, held on the 16th of February of 2018, was presented the cost-efficiency program in expenditure management implemented by Fira de Barcelona with the support of the consulting firm Everis.

In this sense, the changes were presented both in the organization and its culture as well as in its suppliers, achieving an improvement in the service provision.

During the session, we were able to count with the participation of Constantí Serrallonga, General Manager of Fira de Barcelona, Francisco Longo, Associate Director General of ESADE and Director of the Center for Public Governance (ESADEgov), Albert Mayol, Public-Sector Director at Everis and Roger Borràs, Head of Organization of Fira de Barcelona.
